IMPORTANT:

  • This app creates a floating call button on your website.

  • It does NOT appear in the editor - you must publish and view your live site to see the floating button

  • The button must be configured before first use.

To configure Video Call Pro you must:

Open your App Dashboard

  • Click the "Site" menu button at the top left hand corner of this App Studio editor page

  • Go all the way down to "My Dashboard"

Two ways to open your "Video Call Pro" dashboard

  1. In the App Dashboard for this site:

    1. In the left black column of dashboard controls

    2. Go down to "Apps" — Don't click on "Apps"

    3. Instead, hover over the Apps category and click on "Video Call Pro"

  2. In the left black column of dashboard controls

    1. Go down to "Apps" — Don't click on "Apps"

    2. Instead, hover over the Apps category and click on "Manage Apps"

    3. Find the bar listing "Video Call Pro" and select the "Open" button

Your "Video Call Pro" dashboard will open

Click Here to Login and Answer Calls

Login to the call answer window using the username and password you registered previously. You can also send this link to any team members you want to authorize to answer calls for your site.

They will login using these same credentials.
